The Clarence team, on your side of the transition
AI-native transition, delivered.
Clarence Services is the professional-services door to the Clarence platform. We design the playbooks, build the positions, and support your team through the change — so the platform is doing useful work from the first month, not the sixth.
What we do
A short engagement that leaves a working platform behind.
Discovery and scoping
We start by understanding the contracts you actually negotiate — the shapes, the volumes, the parties, the friction points. Two weeks, no fluff.
Playbook and positions
Your commercial preferences translated into Clarence playbooks and standard positions. Reusable, versioned, transparent to the people negotiating on your behalf.
Rollout and handover
Live deployment on the Clarence platform, hands-on support through the first live negotiations, and a clean handover to your team when it’s time.
How we engage
Retainer, project or as-you-need-us, sized to the scope.
Retainer
Ongoing monthly engagement at an agreed rate for continuous transition work. Suits customers rolling out Clarence across multiple contract types or business units.
Fixed-fee project
Defined scope, defined price, defined deliverables. Suits a single playbook build, a specific contract-type rollout, or a discrete piece of platform-integration work with a clear finish line.
Time and materials
Ad-hoc engagement billed by hours or days worked, invoiced as the work is done. Suits ongoing advisory work where the scope evolves and neither side wants to lock in a bulk of hours ahead of time.
Every engagement is scoped in the discovery conversation — we don’t publish a rate card because no two engagements are the same. If you want to talk through what your setup would look like, drop us a line below.
Delivered by
The team that built the platform.
Clarence Services is delivered by the same people who designed and built the underlying Clarence platform — the engineers and commercial specialists who wrote the methodology. That means it isn’t translated secondhand; it’s applied by the people who wrote it. It also means the platform improves as your engagement surfaces edge cases: your contracts inform how it evolves.
What Clarence Services is not. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice or any reserved legal activity. Clarence Services is transition, configuration and integration work on the Clarence platform. Where an engagement needs regulated legal advice, you instruct your own advisers — we work alongside them.
Let’s talk about your transition.
One conversation, thirty minutes. We’ll listen to what you’re trying to change, share what we’ve seen work, and be honest about whether Clarence is the right fit.
